Start your cleansing with this delicious and nutritious smoothie:

BUSY BEE SMOOTHIE

2/3 cup apple juice1/4 cup pineapple juice

1 cup frozen strawberries

3 chard leaves and stems

1 banana

1/3 cup parsley

2/3 cup pineapple chunks

1 tsp bee pollen

1 tsp flax seeds

Place all ingredients in high speed blender and blend until smooth. Pour into glass and top smoothie off with 1/2 tsp bee pollen.
